Shipping and Returns

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, or by next business day as we do not ship on weekends. However unexpectedly high order volume could delay this process and we ask all customers to expect a handling time of 1-3 business days.

All orders are subject to a handling time to process, pick and pack your goods. If you select Express shipping you will be given priority processing, but are still subject to the above.

We do not offer a collection service.

Shipping Delays

GamesQuest Ltd take no responsibility for any delay once your order is within the postal systems. 

Pre-Orders

Listings identified as Pre-orders are items we do not currently have in stock. If an availability date is known it will be provided in the product description. Your order will be shipped via the shipping option you selected at check out as soon as the goods arrive into our warehouse.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To cancel your order all items must be unused, in original unopened packaging and returned to us in the same sellable condition that you receive them. If your goods are returned to us in any other state the eligibility of your return may be affected.

To initiate the return please contact us at customer.service@gamesquest.co.uk and we will provide instructions on how your package should be shipped to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

Please note this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages and Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have receive a wrong item. Using the email address above please provide a clear photograph of the product, along with the packaging used for shipment, and we will return to discuss the next steps.

Missing Parts

Certain factory sealed products may be missing parts which can be individually obtained from the publisher. Using the email address above please provide us a full list of missing parts and we will support you through the replacement process.

Lost parcels  

We will not consider your parcel missing until your shipping time has exceeded;

- 10 working days if your shipping address is in the UK.

- 20 working days if your shipping address is in Europe.

*Due to the current pandemic you may experience longer than usual delivery times. Please take this into consideration before contacting us to report your order as missing.

Refunds 

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your payment should clear in 2-3 business days, timing is determined by the payment provider and out of our control.

If we have agreed to reship any items to you they will be bound by the same shipping policy as the original order.
