Terms and conditions of use Our contract When you place an order to purchase an item from gamesquest.co.uk, you will receive an email confirming the receipt and details of your order. If any problems occur with the placement of your order then we will contact you with the details. As a term of our contract the sale is firm upon you receiving the dispatch email (see refunds and cancellations).


In terms of product availability, if we currently have an item(s) out of stock when you wish to place your order then we encourage you to contact us and we will be happy to send you an email as soon as we have the item(s) in stock.
