I don’t see any news on Excalibur dispatch or fulfillment for EU? Pls help and update? 🙏
@Richard – Thank you for your comment. This blog relates to orders within the EU which is indeed fully despatched. I have looked on our system and believe you are based in the UK? If so then that shipment is still on its way from the EU warehouse to our UK warehouse when fulfilment can then begin. You can check the status on our UK weekly blog.
Hi, It says Cysmic is fully dispatched. I have not received anything for this and am expecting it. Do you know what has happened to my delivery? Thanks Richard
