We will ensure that you're happy with the packaging we will be using, and that we have the right addresses and will be sending the right extras, all overseen by your dedicated Project Manager.
We'll work with our worldwide shipping & logistics partners to get the packages to your backers at the best rates. We'll help you to deal with customs in the various countries too.
Post Fulfilment Services
Once your campaign is over, what next?
Your backers have received their rewards and are telling everyone about it. More people will want their own and we can continue to offer great service with minimal stress and worry. We already have experience with you, so to continue selling we can continue to dispatch it to customers and you benefit from our great shipping rates.
If you have a web store or want to set one up, we can interface with it via our API and dispatch orders placed there.
All this for 40% of your net RRP for all services including storage and monthly reports to help you understand the sales you make and where your customers are. You can then coordinate additional advertising and order more stock based on consumption and production/shipping lead times.
