Hi, I have not yet received my address confirmation email for Unsettled, is that normal?
Hi Oliver! Tracking details have not yet been sent out to backers for Unsettled, but we can confirm that the address confirmation email was sent to backers on 14th November. Once the carrier has been selected, backers will receive a pre-alert email. The pre-alert indicates that a service has been selected for your delivery, and will include tracking information. Please know that the pre-alert does not reflect that your order has been dispatched.
Backers will receive an email from GamesQuest once their orders have been dispatched, and tracking should begin to update within 48 hours.
