EU Fulfilment Update - 16th September

@HPoltergeist – Sorry for any confusion. I have checked again for you and it looks like a case of miscommunication. Stock did arrive and was checked in but after a second count it became clear that some items were missing. It looks like this must have been noted after SJG put out that message on their updates. The team have a meeting with SJG tomorrow so will discuss this and request that they put out a further update to ensure backers are kept up to date with things.

Something seems to be off, as SJG informed their backers earlier that you have received the EU stock in the beginning of this month and that you have completed check in by the 19th, as they write, below:

2025-09-19:
“European Union: 31% Complete
- The NL warehouse received the inventory at the beginning of the month. We learned earlier this morning that they have completed checking the inventory they received.”

This does not seem to be matching with what you have shared about getting only partial stock.
At this point, probably most backers would believe you more than they would believe SJG.
Could you please check why there is a mismatch about the stock info?

@HPoltergeist – Thanks for reaching out, it’s disappointing to hear things aren’t moving along as we would like. I have spoken to the Project Manager and we have received some stock but not all of it. On this occasion the publisher arranged their own freight and we are still waiting on some stock. The team are looking at what orders can go out with the stock we have and are in regular communication with Steve Jackson Games who are managing the delivery of stock and we are reliant on that to begin fulfilment.

Reaching out here, as with the Munchkin Big Box project, we are having serious delays in Europe.

Steve Jackson Games is not able to provide details or a timeline for fulfillment as they say that you have already received the shipment, but not provided info to them.
They are currently pointing at you and EU backers are in limbo.

SJG is seemingly unable to address any fulfillment related questions at this point and started removing and restricting backers who kept on asking questions.

Could you please investigate what is going on and help us to see more clearly about this project?
