Red Sea Update
We would like to bring your attention to an important update regarding shipping routes in the Red Sea/Suez Canal. Due to the recent attacks, shipping containers are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact it may have on our fulfilment schedule at a later date. As always, we will continue to provide further updates when necessary.

When will the retail fulfillment start for Unsettled?
hey, I backed the game, ninja sloths, and the onlly infrmation i have is from kickstarter saying that almost all of there games are shipped, but I don’t see anything of nnjasloth’s on your site, is there any info here ?

I had a phone call with GLS about Unsettled. They informed you about sending some informations about the shippment because of customs. Please answer them, the game is sitting there for over a mounth now! geeeez…..
Hello Michael! The majority of orders are now dispatched for Expanse. Depending on the final mile courier, you may have alternative delivery option available which will be available in the tracking information that you will receive once your shipment has been dispatched and scanned into the courier system. If there are no alternative delivery options available and the courier is unable to deliver, the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
Once returned to us, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm your address. Once confirmed, the team will reach out to the publisher to see how to proceed with a reshipment.
However, as mentioned above, the majority of orders are now dispatched, and we hope your order arrives before your business trip. If you have any other questions or concerns about your order, please reach out :).

Hi,
I am eagerly waiting for “Expanse” :-), but it’s unclear to me, when I can expect it.
Unfortunately, I will be on business travel for 3 weeks in March, and I fear that the package could arrive during that time, and no one would be able to accept it on my side.
What happens then? Would there be a chance to try another transport later (with additional costs, I guess)?
