@Andreas – Apologies, some information hadn’t been passed to us but I can now see the shipment is due to be unloaded this week.

I noticed that League of Dungeoneers Acrylic Standees by von Braus Publishing AB are not listed in today’s GamesQuest Fulfilment Update for Europe.
Since the European shipment was reported to have arrived at the port in the Netherlands on June 23rd, I was wondering if there is any reason why the project does not currently appear in the European update — neither under “Projects on the Water / In the Air” nor in any later fulfilment stage.
Could you please clarify whether the European shipment has already been handed over to GamesQuest, or whether it is still awaiting customs clearance, transport to the hub, or internal processing?
