Red Sea Update
We would like to bring your attention to an important update regarding shipping routes in the Red Sea/Suez Canal. Due to the recent attacks, shipping containers are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact it may have on our fulfilment schedule at a later date. As always, we will continue to provide further updates when necessary.

Hi!
I am a Swedish backer of Heliana’s guide. Package is on its way according to tracking nr I have received, but got stopped by the local transport company (Schenker). According to their mail I need to fill a form, so that they can calculate/pay tax and customs. You are the EU-friendly distribution center. What happened?

Could you please give information about Unsettled Retail Fulfillment. Is it in progress, and how much time is needed for completion?
Hello Glen! Thank you for leaving a question this week. We don’t yet have a start date for CoLab, but we can confirm that the packaging has now been approved by the publisher and that backers will receive an address verification email this weekend :).
