Reply to Hugo: I haven’t received any information about Twisted Cryptids either. At least we are on the same boat. If the creators say they have fulfilled every order maybe then we should worry but they are still aware that not everyone has received their package yet. The wait time is killing me though because after this one there will be more transfers and couriers till my doorstep haha

Can you at last give us a time range? Not specific, just something like “all packages will be sent before the first half of november”.
RE: Brotherwise – I understand the frustration and please be assured the warehouse team are working their hardest to get orders out as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has arrived with the courier we will send you a shipping notification email containing a tracking link and estimate of delivery time. It is a large project so it can take some time, I’m sorry I cannot be more specific. For specific enquiries please reach out to our customer service team.
