Hello Lal! That is indeed correct. Further stock needed to complete fulfilment took a lot longer than anticipated to clear customs. This sometimes, very rarely happens and is completely out of the control of the publisher and ourselves.
The stock has now cleared customs and is currently being processed so that the remainder of the fulfilment can be completed. Once your shipment is dispatched you will receive a notification email :).

Hello Alex! We have been waiting for DHL to confirm that they are happy for us to proceed with the shipments. Please see Kickstarter update #75 for further information on this. We can confirm that DHL have now confirmed they are happy for us to proceed after reviewing the packaging and now the final paperwork is being completed which will give us the greenlight to proceed.

Hey! I was just wondering what the specific status of Sorcerer Endbringer is. On the last project update it said there were some troubles with German customs. Was there any progress made? Did that stop you from shipping out more games? Do you have an estimate on when you’re picking up shipping again or when you might even be done with the fulfillment?
