Neuroscape TCG Fulfilment – Official Statement
Share
We are aware of recent comments regarding our team’s handling of the fulfilment of Neuroscape TCG, and we would like to address these concerns directly.
We take great pride in our work and consistently strive to deliver a professional, supportive, and transparent service. It is therefore concerning to see inaccurate and potentially damaging statements being made about our team and the service we provide, and we feel it is important to clarify the situation.
In line with Kickstarter’s requirements, and as part of our own due diligence, we were required to obtain confirmation regarding VAT status before proceeding with fulfilment. This step was essential to ensure compliance and accuracy. During this process, we identified several orders where VAT had not been collected, reinforcing the importance of completing this verification before dispatch.
Unfortunately, this stage took longer than anticipated due to delays in receiving the necessary response from Kickstarter. The publisher was kept fully informed throughout and included in all relevant correspondence.
Once confirmation and the required reporting were received, we immediately proceeded with processing orders. Fulfilment is now underway from our UK warehouse.
We recognise that backers have been waiting for their pledges and understand that any delay is frustrating. However, we wish to be clear that these delays were not the result of errors on our part or any lack of commitment to the project.
We welcome constructive feedback and are always open to improvement. At the same time, we believe it is important to address and correct any misinformation regarding our involvement.
Regarding the comments made by Mr Jack Dunbar, we categorically refute his claims. We have previously received positive feedback from Mr Dunbar, including direct communication complementing our services.
It has also come to light that we recommended an individual, Mr Simon Lavender, to Mr Dunbar’s project in a community management capacity. This individual has since been identified as having taken money from small publishers without delivering on agreed services. We wish to make it clear that we, too, were misled. We received no remuneration for this recommendation and sincerely apologise to anyone affected, including Mr Dunbar.
