UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 11th April
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
There will be no episode of GamesQuestions this week. GamesQuestions will return on Thursday 20th April.

Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Fulfilment Update:
We are currently in our busiest period of the year following Chinese New Year, in which manufacturers and ports close for up to one month. As we have experienced in previous years, we are now receiving a high number of shipments due to a backlog of containers arriving from China.
This has been exacerbated with the addition of covid shutdowns in China that affected shipments and manufacturing earlier in the year. This combination has now resulted in a higher number of shipments arriving at our warehouse in close proximity compared to previous years.
We have planned accordingly, to ensure that the impact on our fulfilment schedule will be kept to a minimum. However, we are expecting delays over the coming weeks.
We will continue to post regular fulfilment updates via our weekly fulfilment blog, alongside our social media channels, to keep all backers informed on developments.
Vindication - Orange Nebula
The fulfilment start date for Vindication is now scheduled to begin on the week commencing 24th April. Please note: This delay is due to recent changes to our fulfilment schedule. For further information please read our Fulfilment Update above.

On April 6th, you said that Riae the Graphic Novel had left your UK facility to head to the US and for us American backers to keep an eye out in our emails about shipping. I have not seen anything in my email about mine yet. Are these orders still travelling or are they stuck in customs and customs will be giving us shipping notices?
Should I be worried that the KS update for KAPOW! said the issue with the missing items would be fixed immediately, yet there’s nothing at all on this update or the FB page about it?
What is happening about Mosaic? Forbidden Games have told us that fulfillment will start this week, yet there is no mention of it anywhere.
Could you post the ship Isofarian Guard is on so we can track it. Thanks
