Have to agree with others below. You had this game underway for well over a month. Failed to actually answer any questions and just give vague excuses. No one in uk got a tracking number and you keep on telling us you’re making progress. If the game didn’t start fulfilment over aonth ago then why lie to everyone. Just tell us straight how long its going to take because people are clearly not happy with your service
If Tanares is underway then how come nobody seems to have received it? Feels like a few porky pies going on..
I called yesterday specifically asking for an update on UK dispatch for Tanares and was told that fulfilment would be completed by 17th June and now you are saying there is currently no ETA until completion. Has anybody in the UK received anything yet for this fulfilment. We need some answers considering this arrived in your warehouse at the start of May!
Hello Simon and Bill. Thank you for leaving a question this week. We can confirm that we are indeed fulfilling Cowboy Bebop RPG and the stock is currently on site as mentioned in the Kickstarter update.
Not all projects are listed on the blog as sometimes the publisher prefers to provide updates directly to their backers via the crowdfunding page. However, we can confirm Cowboy Bebop is currently in Project Data Analysis.

Hi Poppy, Aatchoum and Craig. Thank you for leaving a question this week. Fulfilment is currently on-going for Tanares. Due to the size of the fulfilment we do not currently have a completion date. The team are currently putting together a FAQ in hopes of answering some of the common questions we are seeing regarding the fulfilment. Once its ready, we will publish the FAQ on the blog and in the customer service FAQ’s.
