Dear community, we are expecting to carry out our annual stock check shortly. Throughout this period fulfilments will still be taking place but will not be operating at full capacity. We will be conducting the stock check as efficiently as possible to minimise disruptions to the fulfilment schedule.

This is absurd. Why are you providing completely different information Arcane Wonders compared to your blog? How can you tell them you’re starting shipping when you still haven’t weeks later???
Quote from Arcane Wonders 16 April “ UK/EU: I am as confused as you right now as the GamesQuest blog is showing the games on the water, when I show the games delivered in the freight tracking (with one small exception and that is Language Packs in the EU hub – as they got caught in customs too and were shipped separately to the hub to avoid delays on the main game arriving). I have just asked my PM to reach out and find out why their status still shows on the water/coming from port and what the actual timeline from them is.”
So what is the situation?
Leviathan Wilds seems to have moved backwards in the process since last week’s update. What’s the deal with that?
Still no movement on foundations of rome and no reply from all the questions asked last week..
what is going on?!
Arcane have said its out of customs so you must have had it now!
Is this some kind of joke ?
Foundations of Rome still not moved any further !! It’s been over a month what the hell is going on ?
