UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 17th January
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.

Old School Essentials:
After ongoing communication with the publisher, Old School Essentials has now been removed from the status of ‘held for additional checks’. OSE is currently located at ‘project on the water’ whilst an internal stock transfer is underway from our EU warehouse to our UK warehouse. This is to ensure that we have the correct amount of items to fulfil UK orders. We would like to apologise for the delay and are taking the necessary steps to ensure backers receive their orders as soon as possible.
Please be aware we have been alerted to a “cyber event” that has occurred within the Royal Mail system.
This should not affect any of our domestic UK shipments. However, we have been informed that it could mean additional delays to any recently shipped international untracked mail. In the meantime, we have been advised to hold any further outgoing international untracked mail until we are notified.
With that said, let’s get to it…

According to the author/publisher Pirate Borg is supposed to be with you, but it is absent from the list above. Do you have this, and is there a reason it is absent?
Once again, Herbalist Primer is either NOT fully dispatched, or I’m missing the extras. You need to be clearer about what is happening with that. You. Not the KS page.
Hi, question re Mosaic. There are two kickstarters that you should be fulfilling, one straight after the other. Can you advise your progress with this please?
General question, please :) When you receive the products, are they boxed and packed up ready to be labelled and sent to backers, or they arrive in bulk and you have to separate them and pack them for each backer individually?
