I just wanted to drop a note to say I really appreciate these kinds of updates.
It may not always be easy to include the sender/game information in the fulfilment email, so it’s awesome to be able to come here and find out what kind of package I’m possibly receiving.

Hi Kyle. Custom times can vary and this is something that is out of the control of ourselves and the publisher so with that in mind we wouldn’t want to provide a timeline just yet. We are doing all that we can to have the goods delivered to us as soon as possible and we are hoping to have good news shortly.
In the meantime though, the team are currently working on the backer data to avoid any further delays to you all receiving your shipments :).

It specifies here that Sorcerer Endbringer has been fully dispatched, but have yet to receive a dispatched mail. What do I need to do if I don’t get the dispatched mail within a week?

We’ve been updated that customs is holding up Command of Nature. As well as seeing it’s at port on the blog.
How long roughly would the turn around from getting stock to posting be roughly?
