Customer Service Update:

Royal Mail Industrial Action (UK)
Delivery times may be affected due to planned industrial action. This will take place on:
Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th December 2022.

Christmas Opening Hours and Fulfilment Blog Update
We will be closed over the Festive Season. Our final working day will be on 23rd December and we will reopen on the 28th December.
Due to closures over the holidays, there will be no fulfilment blog on the 27th December and 3rd January. The fulfilment blog will return on 10th January however, you will be able to follow fulfilment news over on our social media channels in the meantime.
There will be a final fulfiment update on the 23rd December over on our Facebook Page with the latest news of fulfilment complete and currently underway.

Any update regarding Old School Essentials?

Hey guys and gals. I understand GQ are fulfilling Stationfall from Ion Games? The latest Stationfall KS update stated that the vessel docked at Southampton on 20th December. When would we expect to see it listed on your fulfillment blog?
So where’s OSE? Because according to Exalted Funeral the last few items arrived at your warehouse almost a month ago so why hasn’t fulfilment started yet?
Follow up question.
Exalted Funeral claim in their latest KS update that for OSE ’We’re still awaiting a response from GamesQuest on what the status is / when shipping will begin. We requested and received proof of delivery from our shipper that the t-shirts arrived on November 22nd at the GamesQuest warehouse. This means all of the stock has been present for almost a month and has STILL not been booked into stock’
