UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 21st March
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.

We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 15 working days. We would like to apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it's reduced in priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Fulfilment Update:
We are currently in our busiest period of the year following Chinese New Year, in which manufacturers and ports close for up to one month. As we have experienced in previous years, we are now receiving a high number of shipments due to a backlog of containers arriving from China.
This has been exacerbated with the addition of covid shutdowns in China that affected shipments and manufacturing earlier in the year. This combination has now resulted in a higher number of shipments arriving at our warehouse in close proximity compared to previous years.
We have planned accordingly, to ensure that the impact on our fulfilment schedule will be kept to a minimum. However, we are expecting delays over the coming weeks.
We will continue to post regular fulfilment updates via our weekly fulfilment blog, alongside our social media channels, to keep all backers informed on developments.

I see that Stationfall has supposedly been fully fulfilled but I haven’t even had an email let alone the game! A friend had his weeks ago, and I have a support ticket that hasn’t been responded to as well. Can I please have some feedback? Thanks
Does this mean that Isaac shipping starts on Monday the 27th?
How far along are you guys with sending out Riae The Graphic Novel for American backers? According to Fab5, you’ve had them for over 2 months now.
Any ETA on Lax Rax? According to them this arrived at port weeks ago
