@Samantha – TeeTurtle advised us they would put out all updates so aren’t on the blog. We are working hard to get orders out but as you can imagine there are quite the number to get through. Looking at our portal I am assuming the email you received on the 9th was the address verification? If so then I am sure you should receive a despatch email soon. If you want to follow up in a few days please reach out to our customer service team via the link on our website.
@Harrison – I have checked our portal and can confirm we have your order. The project has a large volume of orders so it will take some time for us to work through them but rest assured the team are working hard to get orders out of the warehouse. You should receive an email in due course.
Hi, I don’t see any updates relating to Twisted Cryptids. I received an email on 9th September saying it was due to be dispatched but no update or delivery since. Can you please update me?
Hi, ive backed the cosmere rpg and can see it is now being fulfilled but I’m yet to receive any confirmation emails on this. Thanks
