UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 26th September
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Hello Arron and Logan! Thank you for leaving a comment this week. Borderlands is still currently in Project Data Analysis. Once we are closer to Final Admin Checks we will be in a better position to provide further information on a possible fulfilment start date. In the meantime, we would recommend keeping an eye on the blog and Kickstarter page for updates.

Hello T! Thank you for leaving a question this week. Robot Quest Arena is now near Final Admin Checks. Once Final Admin Checks are completed for Robot Quest Arena, it will then enter the fulfilment queue. As for the second question we have this week for Robot Quest Arena. Fulfilment is upcoming and we have not yet shipped out any orders at this time, to backers or retailers. Once fulfilment has started, orders are shipped out to backers first, followed by trade orders.
