UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 28th March

Fulfilment Update:
We are currently in our busiest period of the year following Chinese New Year, in which manufacturers and ports close for up to one month. As we have experienced in previous years, we are now receiving a high number of shipments due to a backlog of containers arriving from China.
This has been exacerbated with the addition of covid shutdowns in China that affected shipments and manufacturing earlier in the year. This combination has now resulted in a higher number of shipments arriving at our warehouse in close proximity compared to previous years.
We have planned accordingly, to ensure that the impact on our fulfilment schedule will be kept to a minimum. However, we are expecting delays over the coming weeks.
We will continue to post regular fulfilment updates via our weekly fulfilment blog, alongside our social media channels, to keep all backers informed on developments.

Hi.Any update on vindication. Has been on project analysis for nigh on 4 weeks now.larger projects have gone to fulfillment much quicker than this one..
The beast game has been with you now for quite some time and does not appear to be progressing, why is this ?

I know fulfillment is still underway with casting shadows. My pledged is the ultimate collectors, with everything going on with Royal Mail I’m just concerned about receiving my items. As I’ve still yet to get a despatch email.
