UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 3rd February

@Lewis – We don’t work to a particular order so I am unable to give any timescales at present. The team are working through orders as quickly as they can however this project had a high number of backers so it will take some time to get through all orders.

I am waiting for ryoko and would like to know when I would be getting my dispatch email. not sure who would be delivering it, I would assume either royal mail or dpd, but I would have expected to receive the email by now. do you know when the email will be sent. thanks in advance.

@Mark – When you receive tracking information, depending on the courier, you should have options for delivery – such as leaving it in a safe space or rearranging the date. Once we have passed it to the courier we unfortunately have no control over the delivery but as with all parcels you will have options before the item is returned.

WRT Ryokos: What is the process if someone is not available for the scheduled delivery once you get the email? I am away for a week during Feb and am a little worried about what will happen if it turns up while I am away.

We’ve been waiting on information from the publisher before fulfilment could begin. Things have now been finalised and fulfilment can begin. It is a large project so it may be some time before you receive your shipping notification but please be assured the team are working hard to get your pledges to you.
