Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Hello Chris! Thank you for popping by this week and leaving a comment. The team who run the blog are notified once the shipment is booked and it would seem on this occasion, as mentioned in your comment, that it has not left China yet. We have moved Artemis Odyssey to future projects for the time being and made a note of Satellites and Commanders for you too . Sorry for any confusion caused there. For ETA’s we would recommend keeping an eye on the KS page for the time being :).

Hey guys, there seems to be a difference of opinion between you guys and Grand Games Guild (GGG) on where the stock is for the Artemis Odyssey (and also The Artemis Project Satellites and Commanders, which are both being shipped together so can you add it to the list??).
GGG are saying that it’s still at the port in China and there has been many an email between you and the factory to try and get this on a boat. Are you able to clarify if it is on the water yet and its likely ETA to port? Cheers.

Sorry to have missed Moon off the blog, it’s now been added under Project Data Analysis. Just to confirm, the stock for Moon arrived on the 10th July, and is currently going through our standard checks. The Project Data Analysis stage has not started yet, but we’ve left a note of this on the blog for you :)

We were waiting for a stock transfer to arrive to fulfil the remaining orders. The stock has now arrived and the team will need to stock check to ensure everything is account for before we proceed to picking, packing and sending out the remaining orders. :)
