RE: Cysmic – Apologies for any confusion, we know how excited you all are to get your pledges and any delay is frustrating. Our Project Manager has spoken with Star Reach Games and cleared up any confusion as I think there was some miscommunication. Fulfilment was waiting on a stock transfer from EU to UK, this is now underway and we hope to have an update soon.
I’m finding it increasingly frustrating that, as said by others, the UK and Scandinavian backers of Cysmic seem to be lagging behind. Especially when you are shipping out orders to the EU but are based here in the UK. I can understand for the Scandinavians that there are different import issues, but the UK!
We had the lock in address email back on the 31st March since then nothing. Even Jason, the creator, can’t figure out what’s happening.
The entire planet (Asia, US, South America, Europe, Australia/NZ) has Cysmic… Except UK and Scandinavia.
