EU Fulfilment Update - 13th June

Same as previous comments. I had two projects going through Gamesquest lately (Scarface 1920 and VTM), both were a total mess. I’m never backing anything vaguely related to Gamesquest again.

This was my first KS campaign, and for all the delays that FLYOS faced I powered through.. they were always on the level with us and it showed that this was a passion project. Proof of that is the quality of the game, and what backers that have received it are saying. QA issues aside, this does seem like an amazing project.
HOWEVER, I have 0 faith in GamesQuest. 2 months have the games been there with you guys, an unbelievable amount of incongruent apologies and blame shifting and as Annoyed VTM Backer said, not only disabling comments on the blog, but also DELETING THEM RIGHT AROUND THE UK GAMES EXPO just shows what GQ is all about.
I’m sorry but I can see no excuse on why give priority to the UK shipping and not equal priority to both UK and EU (and ROW ofc). Having received a tracking number for a week that goes absolutely no where, incongruent information since GLS says that the parcel has been delivered TO THEM but apparently shipping hasn’t even begun, people asking you for answers or a statement regarding this issue and 0 communications from a company that supposedly prouds themselves on doing so?
This is a huge project with lots and lots of moving parts, but if you had a single shred of doubt about your ability do fulfil it, then you shouldn’t have accepted it! or at the very least be as transparent as possible with FLYOS and you know… “not” your costumers…
Yeah, I WILL NOT back any other project that uses GQ as their fulfilment partner… this is just too much and WAY over acceptable.

I am sorry but I have to agree with the previous comments. And we are not saying you are lazy or blaming your workers. We are blaming the management that takes on projects that apparently are too much for you guys to handle. Just say no if you have too much to do but do not continue what you are currently doing. This is a Joke. Basically everywhere in the world people are already receiving VTM, even from you, but Europe. And do not blame Brexit or anything like this, you had more than 3 Months to figure this stuff out and clarify everything that was needed, you just didn’t have the time because you were too busy with other stuff that probably was also hugely delayed, at least to most of the comments here.

It’s not a surprise anymore. Plain favouritism to UK and handling EU as something that could be thrown under the bus as much as they like.
Hope every EU backer will boycott any project that uses this company for EU shipping for the future. Completely dishonest , playing favourites and fail to even remotely take responsibility for anything. From disabling temporary the comments section (yes it happened) from playing with crocodile tears everything goes except to face the issue, and the issue is the way that you handle things there.
Give us a one good reason why you not even started yet. Give us a timeframe… something.
But of course you not gonna do that….
You can come up with another sad video whit another sob story as much as you want oh wait there is no more GamesQuestions.. never mind ..

When last week we received notice that EU would be starting shortly, and with a tracking number to boot, I was expecting that Chapters would.. you know… be shipping shortly? Why is there no status change on this?! I have a tracking number for over a week now and absolutely nothing to show for. The last update was that the parcel was handled to GLS and that was on the 6th… nothing since!
I was truly under the impression that you guys had sorted everything out and the games would roll out, but yet again you keep failing as a fulfilment company… this is BEYOND impressive actually I must say…
