EU Fulfilment Update - 16th May

Anyhow, just a reminder that any questions left will be answered on a Thursday over on GamesQuestions. If you have any questions make sure to get them in by 9am Thursday Morning.

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 18 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
The Isofarian Guard
The technical error has also triggered older dispatch emails to resend. If you have previously backed a Sky Kingdom Games project, you will have recently received a dispatch email in error.
We are currently resolving the issue and will follow up with further information shortly. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience and confusion caused on this occasion.

It’s pretty sad to see how you are basically letting whole campaigns rot in your storage facilites instead of doing what you are supposed to do and fulfill them i.e. actuatlly sending things.
There seems to be a general issue with your Tracking.
Many Vindication backers did Not receive Tracking
In the last update you said that VtM-Chapters will start at 18.05.22.
So far it is still in analysis. Please update on that, thanks!
UPDATE: Since no official update has been provided let me at least share my experience maybe it is helpful to you guys.
I ordered yesterday some products locally in my country, from a store that is in another city (that have nothing to do with crowdfunding projects, just regular stuff) and today the courier came and called me on my mobile phone to open the door and grab the stuff as usual. And he said here are your ordered products from yesterday, and, by the way, here is also a humongously big box with The Isofarian Guard. And I was like wait, what?? This is beyond unexpected HYPE
So no emails with info, no tracking, nothing but total silence, just one day out of the blue, here it is! Hopefully this experience is useful to the community as no other info was provided. I am from Romania (EU)
The package box is in very good condition, and hopefully the contents are also the same way as the exterior box (just came in and wanted to give you the news, did not manage to open the package box yet).
So thank you to all involved in the delivery and hopefully next time a bit of info and heads up will be welcome, so I can prepare beforehand. Also good luck and a speedy delivery to all who are still waiting for the box to come
Hello GamesQuest, as many other backers of The Isofarian Guard it troubles me that there has been no information yet about what we can expect for the delivery and tracking. Sky Kingdom Games has let me know that my game is already in my country (The Netherlands) and with the holidays over here the lack of tracking information is very unfortunate, especially given the size and weight of this box. When will you give us more information and the proper tracking (so those who need it may also change their delivery moment to when they will be at home)?
