EU Fulfilment Update - 17th January
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the EU Fulfilment Update. If you are located in either Switzerland or Norway, please check the UK & ROW blog for your blog updates.

Old School Essentials
After ongoing communication with the publisher, Old School Essentials has now been removed from the status of ‘held for additional checks’, and is now in ‘Project Data Analysis’. We are working to ensure orders are dispatched as soon as possible and would like to apologies for the delays caused.
Please be aware we have been alerted to a “cyber event” that has occurred within the Royal Mail system.
This should not affect any of our domestic UK shipments. However, we have been informed that it could mean additional delays to any recently shipped international untracked mail. In the meantime, we have been advised to hold any further outgoing international untracked mail until we are notified.
Unfortunately, we do not have any further information or timelines available yet but we will be sure to update you as soon as we know more.

Will my OSE boxes ship from EU or UK? I am in Iceland.
Just annoying to watch even this blog to get finally a sign of shipment for EU:PoP, but what can we expect nearly 4 years after the KS campaign :)
For EU:PoP, what is the difference between UK and EU? How is it possible the UK was able to get their packages, even with Royal Mail trouble… It’s by the same company. As for the playmats, these problems could have been forseen.
Sorry Victor but “just one more week” ? We heard that already. And please don’t blame EU laws and customs. The game went through customs long time ago and there are tons of other games shipping to EU and I have never seen something stuck for nearly two months in the warehouse of fullfilment company. When there are delays in production, shipping, cutoms – its understandable. But when the game just sits in the fullfilment company facility due to “final cheks”??? No excuse….
Guys, these things take time, it wasn’t just the playmats, it is the queue, it is customs, it is new laws in the European Union.
Now in the EU warehouse, they do things differently and they don’t use plastics at all, so something new has to be devised, they are presenting us with different solutions based on their limitations, and we have to choose. We chose and now they have to (I guess) stock packaging. Our playmat is very big, and the material is not super known, we (GQ and us) want to do it the best way possible.
I 100% understand your frustrations, but I have a hunch that in two days you’ll start to see some other kind of action. This blog is great for long-term notices, but now we’re getting to where status changes every day.
