Hi Phil,
Apologies for the delay in response as our customer service team are currently working on a delay. However, 27. days is a lot longer than our current response time and this has been passed onto the customer service team to see if they can locate your ticket in the meantime.
As for retail orders, that is indeed correct and the retail orders are sent out after backers have received their pledges. We always aim to keep projects listed under fulfilment underway until all orders are dispatched, as we have retailers who also follow the blog. We would recommend reaching out to the retailer directly on this occasion for information on their retail order. If the retailer has not received an update/tracking inforamtion, we would also recommend them reaching out directly and we will be able to assist.

Hi, you mentioned that retail orders are only sent out after the backer ones, does this apply to the games that are no longer on the list for fulfiment? Thunder Road was mentioned in a previous update as having it’s fulfilment completed but I haven’t gotten anything from the retail I pre-ordered it from nor any answer from your customer support team despite sending an email on the 1st of June.
Have you received the Canadian orders of league of Dungeoneers yet? or are they still sitting in customs
