The fulfilment of Unsettled // Orange Nebula is currently on hold due to the recent discovery of a manufacturing error. For further information, please see the recent Kickstarter update here.

Hello Guillaume! We are so sorry to hear that your parcel was lost on delivery. Our customer service team has currently expanded to help reduce the unusually high number of support tickets we have received over the last couple of months. However, there is still currently a delay in response time. We are sorry to hear that you are still awaiting a response and we have informed our team as 22 days does seem unusually long as our response time is now decreasing.
