Skyrim question. Do you have any estimated delivering times once the packages start fulfillment? And also, when dou you start sending tracking numbers to customers?

What is the holdup with Skyrim?
I have gotten tracking information which I can only assume is Skyrim and it has had the status “The consignment has arrived in the country of destination” since 6th of September. Have you provided everything needed to clear customs? Does every country need to be cleared before shipping starts, or can you start rolling out in cleared countries independently?
Is there a chance of Europa Universalis getting to backers before Christmas? So excited to be on the home stretch!
