EU Fulfilment Update - 25th April
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the EU Fulfilment Update. If you are located in either Switzerland or Norway, please check the UK & ROW blog for your blog updates.
Anyhow, just a reminder that any questions left will be answered on a Thursday over on GamesQuestions. If you have any questions make sure to get them in by 9am Thursday Morning.

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 17 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Fulfilment Update:
We are currently in our busiest period of the year following Chinese New Year, in which manufacturers and ports close for up to one month. As we have experienced in previous years, we are now receiving a high number of shipments due to a backlog of containers arriving from China.
This has been exacerbated with the addition of covid shutdowns in China that affected shipments and manufacturing earlier in the year. This combination has now resulted in a higher number of shipments arriving at our warehouse in close proximity compared to previous years.
We have planned accordingly, to ensure that the impact on our fulfilment schedule will be kept to a minimum. However, we are expecting delays over the coming weeks.
We will continue to post regular fulfilment updates via our weekly fulfilment blog, alongside our social media channels, to keep all backers informed on developments.
Vindication - Orange Nebula
Vindication is still currently listed under project data analysis whilst we finalise the packaging. We are still expecting fulfilment to start on the week commencing 24th April as previously planned.

What is the completion % for Incantations? Still pieces missing or everything underway?
Thanks GamesQuest for updating the list and adding the Isofarian Guard!
What about Vindication? It is april 26th so are they really dispatched?
Why are you taking on shipping jobs, which you, as apparent in this update, are not able to fulfil in a decent timeframe?
As a game publisher I would think twice to hire you, reading these updates.
I’m also wondering about why Isofarian Guard isn’t on the list, as it was mentioned as ‘on the water’ in the previous blog and the UK & ROW update actually has it as ‘awaitinf arrival’ now. The EU games were on the same ship so shouldn’t they be in this update (and with the new status) as well? Hope you can clear this up as the wait for this game has been long enough already haha
