Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 18 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. Any news regarding the Chapters Customs Issue? Please?
Regarding Vampire Chapters (non english language editions), in which port is the ship supposed to unload it for EU delivery ? I am following the ship’s travels, and saw it go to Rotterdam, Southampton, Antwerp and it is now going to Le Havre. Usually the EU games for shipquest are unloaded in Hamburg, but the ship doesn’t seem to want to go there…

Thanks for popping by this week and leaving a comment. Fulfilment is still underway as there are still some remaining orders for Vindication to be dispatched at this time. In the meantime, we would recommend keeping an eye on the fulfilment blag as we always aim to keep projects on the blog until fully dispatched.

Hi GamesQuest Team,
Could you shed some light on the situation that aside from myself many backers of vtm chapters are experiencing: their parcel being in Neuenstein and not being delivered from there or rather the parcels showing being picked but then stored again, for over a week now. From my experience this is not a normal situation and looks like something went wrong with the paperwork. However, this is just speculation, hence it would help if you could explain the situation and/or fix the paperwork. Thank you very much for providing more information here.
