Red Sea Update
We would like to bring your attention to an important update regarding shipping routes in the Red Sea/Suez Canal. Due to the recent attacks, shipping containers are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact it may have on our fulfilment schedule at a later date. As always, we will continue to provide further updates when necessary.

Question regarding Heckna. According to HPP the last packages were sent out around 23.01, but I haven’t received any news yet. What’s the current status?
Hi McGray. Thanks for leaving a comment this week. There is a lot of variants which may prolong the project data analysis stage, such as having to request fresh data from the publish. If you would like further information of what’s included, we would recommend checking out our blog post here that breaks down each stage. We hope you find this useful :).

Hi Guillaume! Not all projects are added onto the fulfilment blog. We were in discussion with the publisher to have it included, but fulfilment has recently completed. Please keep an eye our for a notification email in the meantime. However, if you do have any concerns about your order, please feel free to drop us a message on our Facebook page @gamesquest and we can check the status of your order for you. Otherwise, we would recommend reaching out to our customer service team at: https://gamesquest.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/29000015864
As mentioned above though, fulfilment has only recently completed and we would say to please allow one week to receive a dispatched/tracking email, as the email is dispatched once your order has been scanned into the couriers system :). Hope that makes sense!
