Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the EU Fulfilment Update. If you are located in either Switzerland or Norway, please check the UK & ROW blog for your blog updates.

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 21 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this has negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform you that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Monster Fight Club:
Greetings backers for Cyberpunk and Borderlands. We are aware that there has been some confusion caused regarding the fulfilment timeline, and tracking details.
Tracking: If you are a backer that has previously received a delivery notification via the courier, please note that this is a pre-alert. The pre-alert indicates that a service has been selected for your delivery and does not reflect that your order has been dispatched. We understand how the pre-alert has caused confusion on this occasion and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Backers will receive an email from GamesQuest once their orders have been dispatched, and tracking should begin to update within 48 hours. We hope this helps clear any confusion caused by the tracking on this occasion.
Borderlands®: Mister Torgue's Arena of Badassery™: Fulfilment is now underway. If you are a backer, you will have now received a dispatch email, or will receive one shortly.
Cyberpunk Red: Combat Zone: We understand that there are many eager backers waiting to receive their copies. Our team are working to ensure that fulfilment starts as soon as possible, once the fulfilment of Borderlands®: Mister Torgue's Arena of Badassery™ is complete.
As of today (01.11.2023), Cyberpunk Red: Combat Zone is still currently in Project Data Analysis. We understand the frustration caused due to the amount of time Cyberpunk has spent at this stage. This has been due to necessary amendments required for the data to be finalised, and we have been collaborating with the publisher to rectify the data. For full transparency, the data is now near completion, and we are planning to complete the packaging analysis today, which will then be sent to the publisher for approval.
We expect Cyberpunk Red to be in Final Admin Checks shortly and will continue to provide further updates when needed.

Hi Team GQ, this was no address verification: “Please note that your order has already been processed and we are unable to change your shipping address at this stage.” I’ll check in on the facebook page :)
Hi Danny. Thank you for leaving a comment. We are aware that recently the address verification emails have been dispatched to backers. If you don’t mind, can you please drop us a message on our Facebook page @gamesquest and we can look further into this for you to resolve.

Having the same issue as Saraneth, received an email from fulfilment@questgames.co.uk on the 27th that said ‘Your First Fish Games order has been shipped!’ yet in this update it seems the project is still in the analysis phase – and the tracking hasn’t moved from ‘data received’ since. If you’re suffering from an overload of support mails, it might be a good idea to at least try and use a different word than ‘shipped’ when sending the first tracking update – unless that is the actual status.

I miss Mosaic Expansion: Wars & Disasters in this weeks update. Last week it was mentioned that the fulfilment is underway, but so far I haven’t received a request for address confirmation or any shipping notification.
