Customer Service Update:
We have recently discovered a technical error in our ticketing system that has affected a number of support tickets. The technical issue has now been resolved and we would like to apologise if you have not received a response to your enquiries.
Our customer service team are currently working on affected tickets and you should receive a response within 4-6 days due to the current high number of support tickets.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Aren’t you the designated fulfilment partner for ‘The Shivers’ as well? I have not seen any updates about it, yet have heard of backers in the UK having received their copy already. Thanks!
Hi. Not sure if my ticket 94138 from a few days ago was affected.. summing up 1815 scum of the earth not received (pub says fulfilment complete). Cheers
