Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

I’d love to know what’s going on with Unfair!!! :)

Myself and Sebastian did not ask about Unfair, we asked about Unsettled. Is that what you were referring to?
Also, it’s now been a week since the ship that dropped Unsettled off has left Southampton, meaning that that’s how long they’ve been available to collect from the harbour. How are they not with you yet?
Just to skip forward a bit, as customs and VAT taxes have been paid by all backers in the pledge manager, there should be no issue with transportation from the docks to your fulfillment center.
Please let us know when to expect delivery to UK addresses. 1 week, 2 weeks?

Hi Sonato,
The process can seem slow, but it is complex, with many parties involved. We are all focused on making sure you get the products you requested, in good condition and well packaged, and that they are sent to the correct location – All this in addition to complexities like customs, VAT etc.
We understand that it can seem frustrating, but we ask for your understanding, and we are confident, as are our partners, that you will be happy with them once you get them.
