Hi Jan and Alan. We just wanted to say that we see your comments and we are working on getting an update out to answer some one the questions we are receiving. We completely understand your frustration but due to the size and complexity of the fulfilment, we expect the overall project to take some time to fully dispatch.
We can assure you that orders are being shipped :). Once dispatched, backers will receive an additional email to notify them.

Hi Tim. Thank you for leaving a comment this week and sorry for the delay in response. We have spoken to customer service who remembered speaking to you :). Your order should have been dispatched by the 17th of June. The team provided incorrect information when stating that fulfilment would be completed by the 17th due to a miscommunication error. As mentioned previously, there is currently no fulfilment completion date.
Our team are always keen to help and sorry for any confusion caused. We are currently working on an update to provide hopefully this week which will answer some of the questions we are receiving.

still no sign of anything in UK for Tanares? You could have delivered it on foot by now!
Still waiting on my order of Heckna! to be shipped. Any idea when I can expect this seeing as it was meant to be ready in October and at latest back in March?
