UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 12th September

Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 21 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.

A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.

Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.

Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Blog Corrections:

With that said, let’s get to it…

ABBADON The Thirteen Seals is a Tabletop Role Playing Game (TTRPG) with an unusual twist; it uses a standard 54-card deck, including jokers, as the determining factor for character actions.

Set in the world of Haven - a dark fantasy world that pays homage to games like Diablo and Darkest Dungeon - players are tasked with taking control of ill-fated and grim heroes, who must battle hordes of undead creatures, monsters, and demons, to prevent the looming darkness from spilling forth upon the world.

Hello guys :)
Any idea when KINFIRE will be sent please?

I have 2 kickstarters that I am waiting on. Mr torgues arena of badassery – borderlands and cyberpunk combat zone red. Both by monster fight club and both arriving in the same containers I’m led to believe. Will these be shipped out together or separately?

Hello arron! Thank you for popping by and leaving a comment this week! We love this question! To answer your question we will usually look at the project as a whole and work out what logistically makes the most sense. If there are pre-packed orders involved, these will always go out first as they only require a label to be placed on the box. For a standard fulfilment, we will usually start with the smaller orders first as these are quicker to pick, pack and dispatch, which means we can release more space in the warehouse. This also allows more room more quickly to set up another upcoming fulfilment.

We will usually run two fulfilments at the same time, so that we are able to get the games out to all backers as quickly as possible. We have two teams who will pick/pack orders and who will know the projects/items extremely well. This helps reduce picking errors – especially fulfilments where projects may have an average pick of 13 items per order.

Project Data Analysis timeframe can be tricky and is the most complicated stage and involves a lot of back and forth between ourselves and the publisher, and there are a number of factors that can slow up the process. We do have a blog which helps break down the process if you are interested and can be found here:

There is so much involved in the process, but hopefully this has answered your question. Thanks again for the question and if there is anything else you would like to know about the process, please always feel free to leave a comment :)

Hello. Do you have an updated ETA for when Keyforge is supposed to arrive at Australian hubs?

Any idea why Ghost Galaxy seem to think you have had the AU shipment at your hub for close to 3 weeks?
Bit of a mismatch in info being sent.
