Red Sea Update
We would like to bring your attention to an important update regarding shipping routes in the Red Sea/Suez Canal. Due to the recent attacks, shipping containers are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact it may have on our fulfilment schedule at a later date. As always, we will continue to provide further updates when necessary.

Hello I’m just here to ask about Heliana’s Guide To Monster Hunting I’m just curious for the UK do you have a general estimation when it may be dispatched or is it just a wait and see situation.
When is the final Sloth Ninja game being done for UK? Last email was 19th Jan.
Just to clarify, I heard this from the project’s creator who has been in contact with you.

Project Ironside UK backer here. I heard that all the pledges should have been shipped out to UK backers, but I have not received any communication regarding the delivery or tracking email (I understand the courier should be DHL).
This is going to be a sizeable and long-awaited delivery and I want to make sure I am available to receive it.
Can you please confirm that the pledges have been shipped out to everyone in the UK and make sure all tracking emails have been sent?

Hello Amy. Not all projects are listed on the blog as sometimes the publisher prefers to update the backers directly via their crowdfunding page. On this occasion we would recommend checking the Kickstarter page for further updates. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
At this time there are still a number of orders waiting to be picked and dispatched. If you are a backer and still waiting to receive tracking information, this will be sent once the shipment has been dispatched and scanned into the couriers system.
