Red Sea Update
We would like to bring your attention to an important update regarding shipping routes in the Red Sea/Suez Canal. Due to the recent attacks, shipping containers are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact it may have on our fulfilment schedule at a later date. As always, we will continue to provide further updates when necessary.

Hello Sophie! Fulfilment is still ongoing for Ninja Sloths. Our customer service team are currently receiving a high number of support tickets and we would like to apologise for the delay. May we ask if your inquiry is urgent, or a general question that we be able to help with here today?

Hello Alan! Robinson Crusoe will not be on the blog on this occasion and we would recommended checking the crowdfunding page for further information.
However, we can confirm that fulfilment is upcoming and Robinson Crusoe is now near Final Admin Checks. Once this stage is completed, Robinson Crusoe will join the fulfilment queue :).

I second a request for an update on Ninja Sloths. We are being told fulfilment for that will be completed by the end of this week but so many of us still haven’t had tracking information. The lack of information is the most frustrating thing. If you just gave updates it would save a lot of people from being annoyed!
Nothing about Ninja Sloths which I’ve been told by them is 75% complete I’ve emailed but told it’s 18 working days to get a response
I received an email about Robinson Crusoe address confirmation yet I don’t see it on this page at all? What’s its status? Thanks
