Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Are you going the Mosaic expansion., they said you are and have the games on 8 August but it is not even listed?
Hello Arron! Thank you for leaving a comment this week. Borderlands Mister Torgue’s Arena of Badassery is currently at port and is expected to arrive at our warehouse on the week commencing the 4th September. :)
Hello Miles! We will wait until all stock is on site before proceeding to fulfilment. This is the most efficient way to complete a fulfilment as we dedicate part of our warehouse to a picking station, which helps minimise the risk of any mistakes.
Hello Linda! Stock is now on site and will be updated for next weeks blog :)
Hello Manoel! Keyforge has now cleared customs and we are expecting the stock to arrive at our warehouse on the week commencing the 4th September. Once arrived, the team will conduct a stock check to ensure everything is on site.

About Keyforge, that’s disconcerting. Ghost Galaxy in their last update (24/08) were telling us that you should have now received everything for UK/EU and "should be dispatched in about 1-2 weeks, last bit I cannot trust considering how overloaded you currently are.
Do you have any clearer information about the custom status/delay for the UK shipment? (For the first batch that supposed to only contain English, French and Italian version of the products.)
I am a backer of lawyer up season 1&2. I have been tracking the ship and Tuesday last week the ship was at the port in England. 22 August was the estimated time of arrival (tuesday last week). Ut here you say it is still on the water and not ‘awaiting arrival from port’… Did i miss something? Any idea when it will be delivered at the port?
Hi there!! I’m super excited Unfair CHKO is in the PDA stage. Good Games have just updated backers that the UK is waiting on Base game stock, the 1st expansion stock and Funfair stock from the USA and are expecting fulfillment in October.
As my pledge doesn’t have any of those (I’ve ordered the CHKO expansion, the metal token and some playmats) will these be fulfilled earlier/September or will it all be fulfilled at the same time in October when all stock has arrived?
