Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.

ABBADON The Thirteen Seals is a Tabletop Role Playing Game (TTRPG) with an unusual twist; it uses a standard 54-card deck, including jokers, as the determining factor for character actions.
Set in the world of Haven - a dark fantasy world that pays homage to games like Diablo and Darkest Dungeon - players are tasked with taking control of ill-fated and grim heroes, who must battle hordes of undead creatures, monsters, and demons, to prevent the looming darkness from spilling forth upon the world.

Hi Arron. This was a mistake on our side, on Tuesday it was on site, however since then it has entered Project Data Analysis and we have now updated the blog to reflect this (08.08.2023). :)
Hello Miles. The EU is also on site, but has not started Project Data Analysis so we have updated the EU blog to match the UK Blog.
Hello Moogie and Dt. Cyberpunk is on site and is now in Project Data Analysis. Sorry for any confusion caused on this weeks blog!

What is the situation with cyberpunk combat zone? I thought it had arrived ?
Why do you still have Lawyer up in the category ‘on the water’? You told me in the response on my message last week, that lawyer up stock is indeed on site… Did i read that wrong last week?
MFC told backers last week that Cyberpunk arrived in port on the 30th, why is it still listed as on the water when it’s at the port?
