EU Fulfilment Update - 11th April
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the EU Fulfilment Update. If you are located in either Switzerland or Norway, please check the UK & ROW blog for your blog updates.

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 17 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Fulfilment Update:
We are currently in our busiest period of the year following Chinese New Year, in which manufacturers and ports close for up to one month. As we have experienced in previous years, we are now receiving a high number of shipments due to a backlog of containers arriving from China.
This has been exacerbated with the addition of covid shutdowns in China that affected shipments and manufacturing earlier in the year. This combination has now resulted in a higher number of shipments arriving at our warehouse in close proximity compared to previous years.
We have planned accordingly, to ensure that the impact on our fulfilment schedule will be kept to a minimum. However, we are expecting delays over the coming weeks.
We will continue to post regular fulfilment updates via our weekly fulfilment blog, alongside our social media channels, to keep all backers informed on developments.
Vindication - Orange Nebula
The fulfilment start date for Vindication is now scheduled to begin on the week commencing 24th April. Please note: This delay is due to recent changes to our fulfilment schedule. For further information please read our Fulfilment Update above.

Would it be possible to mention something regarding Mosaic in your next post, please? The developers don’t communicate well, but have implied you have the game ready for distribution, but they are in some kind of queue. Thank you!

Should shipping for The binding of isaac not beginn this week, are there yet more delays?
