EU Fulfilment Update - 14th February

Anyhow, just a reminder that any questions left will be answered on a Thursday over on GamesQuestions. If you have any questions make sure to get them in by 9am Thursday Morning.

Mosaic Fulfilment Update:
Mosaic had previously been listed as Fully Dispatched due to a data error. We would just like to clarify that Mosaic is still currently underway.
Orders for Mosaic are currently being processed and you will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched and scanned into the couriers system.
We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 12 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Hello again,
Just asking about Endangered Orphans: House of Rath. Any news on fulfillment for the remaining EU customers?
I wanted to ask about delivery for EU: POP – many people in my country (Poland) already received their orders but I’m still waiting even for the tracking number. This is also kind of annoying as I already received a package with all Playmats from my order;/ I know I can create a ticket for the support team and I already did that (that was 9 days ago, and still no response as I’m writing this comment :) ) So, to sum up – when are you planning to send order which contains more than one copy but are not retailers orders?
Bruh why delivery of Europa Universalis for Europe delivery takes 2 months while on web-site it’s showing it’s in stock and people are buying 😐
As of January 31st you provided information on your blog that EU fullfillment for Old School Essetntials has been fully dispatched and is completed – that is not true. I have not received a notification or shipment yet.
I opened a support ticket on February 1st. It is still pending and unanswered. Your response time given of 5-7 working days is past beyond it.
What is the issue???
