EU Fulfilment Update - 20th December
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the new GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the EU Fulfilment Update. If you are located in either Switzerland or Norway, please check the UK & ROW blog for your blog updates.
Anyhow, just a reminder that any questions left will be answered on a Thursday over on GamesQuestions. If you have any questions make sure to get them in by 9am Thursday Morning.

Christmas Opening Hours and Fulfilment Blog Update
We will be closed over the Festive Season. Our final working day will be on 23rd December and we will reopen on the 28th December.
Due to closure over the holidays, there will be no fulfilment blog on the 27th December and 3rd January. The fulfilment blog will return on 10th January however, you will be able to follow fulfilment news over on our social media channels in the meantime.
There will be a final fulfiment update on the 23rd December over on our Facebook Page with the latest news of fulfilment complete and currently underway.

How’s fullfilment going for Endangered Orphans?
Someone in the kickstarter comment section mentioned that not all copies for EU backers could be collected from the UK warehouse, which is why they get collected from elsewhere.
Any estimates at this point?

Most of us understand that fullfiment is a long process and currently you guys has many fullfiment ongoing and lacks manpower. A simple update about OSE are still in “waiting queue” would be more nicer than an misaligned update compared to old school essentials kickstarter update . Please be more precise with the updates. Miscommunication causes frustration.

The t-shirts from the old school essentials kickstarter have been in your warehouse for over a month and you still can’t provide any update. You should be ashamed of the way you are managing and “providing information”
Honestly the update for old school essentials is not good enough, there post you link to is from the 3rd of Dec. Can you advise what ia being done to fix the customs issues. Maybe companies should stop shipping Via the UK if customs is so bad.
