EU Fulfilment Update - 28th March
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the EU Fulfilment Update. If you are located in either Switzerland or Norway, please check the UK & ROW blog for your blog updates.
Anyhow, just a reminder that any questions left will be answered on a Thursday over on GamesQuestions. If you have any questions make sure to get them in by 9am Thursday Morning.

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 17 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Fulfilment Update:
We are currently in our busiest period of the year following Chinese New Year, in which manufacturers and ports close for up to one month. As we have experienced in previous years, we are now receiving a high number of shipments due to a backlog of containers arriving from China.
This has been exacerbated with the addition of covid shutdowns in China that affected shipments and manufacturing earlier in the year. This combination has now resulted in a higher number of shipments arriving at our warehouse in close proximity compared to previous years.
We have planned accordingly, to ensure that the impact on our fulfilment schedule will be kept to a minimum. However, we are expecting delays over the coming weeks.
We will continue to post regular fulfilment updates via our weekly fulfilment blog, alongside our social media channels, to keep all backers informed on developments.
The Binding of Isaac Fulfilment Update:
We are fully prepared to be able to start shipping out The Binding of Isaac once it has cleared customs and arrived at our EU Hub.

Hiho,
what happened to Mosaic? According to the creator, the main game should have been on its way for a week to the people who fulfilled their pledge for the expansion early! Why is it not mentioned at all anymore?

When will all Scarface 1920 board game packages be shipped? I haven’t gotten a tracking number yet.
I have the same question as Joern.
At what stage is the project of shipping the base Mosaic game from the second campaign?
Is there actually a chance that you will be serving this campaign in Europe?
What happened to Mosaic, it was in the fulfillment underway list for the last couple of weeks and now it is off the list? There is still confusion in the kickstarter comments if you fullfill the base games from the Second campaign!?
