Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 21 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.

About Race!Formula 90 2nd edition: We are two different backers from Greece and both received ONLY the big box (base game + 2 expansions) BUT NOT the Expansion #3.
Is this an error or did you plan two waves fro Greece?

Borderlands game has been on the water since the first mention off it on the 25 July update?
Last week you said that the game binding of isaac: requiem was Fully Dispatched and that please allow one week to receive a dispatched/tracking email but I still haven’t received any email or anything about it
Any news re ICE. Will they be leaving you this week
