Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Any idea when Deliverance will be delivered in the uk??
Thought I would of had had notification by now.
Any idea when Cyberpunk should be getting into port? MFC told us a month ago that we should be receiving our copies soon, but it seems you don’t actually have the game yet?
Hello Ross! Unfortunately times can vary at customs. In the meantime we would just recommend keeping an eye on the blog for the latest updates.
Hello Arron! That is indeed correct, Mister Torgue’s Arena of Badassery is still currently on the water. We are not expecting it to reach port until 30th August, then it will need to be cleared and delivered to our warehouse. As always port dates are subject to change, however this is the latest update we have :)
Hello Aaee! Ahh yes. Apologies for the delay. As of today (24.08.2024) we have been informed that the shipment is not due to arrive in AU until September.

Hello, have you heard back from the freight coordinator yet on the eta of Keyforge arriving AU yet? I should say, I appreciate that you guys actually respond and give updates, unlike ghost galaxy.
@Ross, you probably also can blame Brexit. Reception of parcel in the UK has been having major delay since the 1st Jan 2021. Custom are overloaded because they weirdly were not ready for that and thing hasn’t resolved since. And as GamesQuest is in the UK, I suspect that the EU stock land in the UK before being transferred to the EU, else the EU/UK status would likely be different.
