UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 31st October
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this has negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform you that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Monster Fight Club:
Greetings backers for Cyberpunk and Borderlands. We are aware that there has been some confusion caused regarding the fulfilment timeline, and tracking details.
Tracking: If you are a backer that has previously received a delivery notification via the courier, please note that this is a pre-alert. The pre-alert indicates that a service has been selected for your delivery and does not reflect that your order has been dispatched. We understand how the pre-alert has caused confusion on this occasion and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Backers will receive an email from GamesQuest once their orders have been dispatched, and tracking should begin to update within 48 hours. We hope this helps clear any confusion caused by the tracking on this occasion.
Borderlands®: Mister Torgue's Arena of Badassery™: Fulfilment is now underway. If you are a backer, you will have now received a dispatch email, or will receive one shortly.
Cyberpunk Red: Combat Zone: We understand that there are many eager backers waiting to receive their copies. Our team are working to ensure that fulfilment starts as soon as possible, once the fulfilment of Borderlands®: Mister Torgue's Arena of Badassery™ is complete.
As of today (01.11.2023), Cyberpunk Red: Combat Zone is still currently in Project Data Analysis. We understand the frustration caused due to the amount of time Cyberpunk has spent at this stage. This has been due to necessary amendments required for the data to be finalised, and we have been collaborating with the publisher to rectify the data. For full transparency, the data is now near completion, and we are planning to complete the packaging analysis today, which will then be sent to the publisher for approval.
We expect Cyberpunk Red to be in Final Admin Checks shortly and will continue to provide further updates when needed.

So my previous question was not really answered. I asked for the status on Borderlands for people not in EU or the UK. But the answer only pertained those two regions. Will i be receiving tracking in Norway anytime soon?
Hi Stephen. The Dark Tower fulfilment also includes the base game + add ons. We have updated the blog on FB to include that the Second Printing is also included. Thanks for the comment :)

FB says: Fulfilment is now underway for the Dark Tower Covenant Expansion.
Is that just the expansion or the whole thing (base games, expansion, additional add-ons’ and neoprene mats)?
Hi there Andrew. Fulfilment is now underway for The Dark Tower in the UK and EU. We are also now back to regularly posting fulfilment updates across our social media channels. We posted an update earlier today on our Facebook and Twitter pages that The Dark Tower is now underway. What is the state of Return to Dark Tower currently? There’s been posts (on the Backerkit forums) of EU people already receiving their shipping info. Has it also started for the UK?
I am aware both this update and the EU one state it’s still in the PDA stage but that doesn’t seem to be necessarily the case so I’d like to know what is going on.
